3.3 Accurate Personal Information

3.4 Contact Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address and mobile phone number associated with your Account remain current and accessible. These are your primary account recovery and communication channels. Outdated contact information may result in delays in account recovery, verification code delivery, and customer support resolution.
vim777 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on Player Accounts. By registering, you consent to this process and agree to cooperate fully when requested.
4.1 When KYC is Required
vim777 may initiate a KYC review at the following stages: prior to processing your first withdrawal request; when your cumulative withdrawal total exceeds a defined threshold; when account activity triggers a standard compliance review; or at any time that vim777 deems necessary in the ordinary course of its compliance obligations.
4.2 Accepted Documents

4.3 Pending Verification
While a KYC review is pending, vim777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the affected Account. Gameplay is generally unaffected during a KYC review unless the review is triggered by a specific compliance flag. vim777 will endeavour to complete reviews within five Business Days of receiving complete documentation.
4.4 Failure to Verify
If a Player fails to provide the requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period specified by vim777 in its notification, vim777 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed or, in cases of suspected fraud, to close the Account permanently.
vim777 accepts deposits from Indonesian players via the following channels: bank transfer from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.1 Deposit Ownership
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. vim777 does not accept deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or any payment instrument not registered to the Player. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited funds will be returned to their source (less any applicable bank charges), and the Account will be reviewed for compliance.
5.2 Deposit Processing Time
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's vim777 Account within 30 seconds of confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume, processing times may extend up to five minutes. vim777 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider.
5.3 Deposit Fees
vim777 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits. Bank transfer fees applied by the Player's own bank are the Player's responsibility and are not refundable by vim777.
Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and provided that their Account is in good standing, all KYC requirements have been met, and no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the balance being withdrawn.
6.1 Withdrawal Destination
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name, matching the identity information on the Account. vim777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment instruments that differ from those used for the Player's most recent deposit unless the prior instrument is no longer active and alternative ownership documentation has been verified.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (WIB). Requests received during peak review periods or requiring additional compliance checks may take up to 24 hours. vim777 targets a withdrawal processing time that is competitive with the leading international gaming platforms operating in the Indonesian market.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Amounts
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed within the Player's Account. vim777 reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time and will notify Players of material changes to withdrawal limits via account notification or email.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees
vim777 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside vim777's control and are the Player's responsibility.
vim777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The specific terms — including bonus amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, validity period, and any other conditions — are detailed in each individual promotion's terms and take precedence over these general bonus guidelines.
7.1 General Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, wagering contributions from slot games count at 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games count at a reduced rate; and sportsbook bets count according to the published sportsbook bonus terms. Bets placed in excess of the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active will not count toward the wagering requirement and any resulting winnings may be voided.
7.2 Bonus Restrictions
Bonuses are personal to the Player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per registered payment instrument, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using alternate accounts constitute bonus abuse and are subject to the enforcement provisions in Clause 9.
7.3 vim777 Discretion
vim777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonus balances already credited to a Player's Account in good faith prior to any such change. vim777 also reserves the right to decline a bonus request or refuse to credit a promotional offer at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects the Player of abusing the promotion system.

8.1 RNG and Live Casino Integrity
All slot games and virtual casino products use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical results generated in licensed studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, or other approved providers. vim777 does not control live table outcomes and cannot reverse valid game results.
8.2 Technical Malfunction
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game in progress, vim777 will endeavour to restore normal game operation as quickly as possible. 8.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vim777 Platform. A non-exhaustive list of prohibited activities includes:
vim777 uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify Prohibited Conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, vim777 may take any or all of the following actions: immediate Account suspension pending investigation; permanent Account closure; forfeiture of Account balance where funds are linked to Prohibited Conduct; reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
vim777 reserves the right to suspend or close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed or suspected breach of this Agreement; confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; a self-exclusion request made by the Player; a request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body; prolonged account inactivity in accordance with vim777's dormant account policy.
Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of this Agreement, any Real Money Balance that cannot be attributed to legitimate, verifiable deposits may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, the verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment instrument within a reasonable period following completion of any applicable KYC review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vim777's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their vim777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vim777 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature; loss of profits or loss of opportunity; interruptions in service caused by circumstances outside vim777's reasonable control, including but not limited to ISP failures, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party provider outages; losses arising from a Player's own failure to secure their Account credentials.
Nothing in this clause shall limit vim777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
vim777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the vim777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must not register or continue to use the Platform.
vim777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or Platform announcement no less than seven days prior to taking effect, except where a change is required by law or regulatory instruction, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vim777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through vim777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
